We had a very good experience with commercial steam clean. I called on a Thursday and they were able to come out the next day to do the cleaning. They gave a time they would arrive, called to confirm they what time they would arrive and were right on time. The technicians were very professional and friendly. They cleaned the carpets, stairs and a chair cleaned up and left all within 90 minutes. The carpet and chair look great and they were able to get an ink stain out that had been there for over a year. The team arrived on time and took time to walk through the rooms with me to assess the carpets that needed to be cleaned. In one room, they pointed out an area of concern and discussed with me the possibility of a stain they may not be able to remove. Unfortunately, they were right. The good news is it was in a location that would be covered by a bed anyway.
The team was courteous, quick, but thorough. In no time my carpets looked like new again. I would highly recommend the Steam Team to clean my carpets anytime.

Russ and company REALLY came through for us. They were great with the estimate based on my measurements- and were honest and charged us about $50 less than thought- as my measurements were not completely accurate. (Wow! I would have never known!)

The methods they use are environmentally sound and the products are not as harsh as other companies, this is a good thing when you have to live there. They also stand behind their work 100%. I am please by how clean the carpets look when they are done. I would say they almost look new.
